Honey Diet Weight Loss




Many of us believe that honey has the ability to give weight, but it turns out that honey’s role is weight loss. 


How then can use honey to lose weight?

Diet Program Honey:

- Drink 30 minutes before your breakfast, a cup of boiling water mixed with honey and cinnamon.

- And drink the same cup before bedtime. This mixture will help to prevent the accumulation of fat and thus lose weight.

But in return you have to keep a diet specific divided on 4 meals / day:

First day: 2 pieces of toast, 3 teaspoon of honey and ½ cup of skim milk (0%). You eat this meal for four times a day.

Second day: 2 pieces of toast, 1 piece of cheese, 1 cucumber, 1 cup of tea or coffee, "without sugar".  Eat this meal 4 times / day.

You repeat the same meal menu alternately. These diets are for 6 days.

Seventh day:  you can eat enough food in condition that you don't exceed 7 pm.

If you feel hungry you can drink any light drink.

- You are free to eat all fruits you want in this diet.
