Anti-stress Juice Recipe




Remember some of the best things you can do for stress is to practice yoga. Also cut back or eliminate caffeine, refined flours and sugars as well as artificial food additives which cause a lot of stress on your body and add to the stress you experience. Drinking natural juice helps you eliminate stress.

Juice Recipe 



Dr. Oz says he drinks this every morning

Ingredients

Apples - 2 medium 

Celery - 3 stalk, large 

Cucumber - 1 cucumber 

Ginger - 1/2 thumb 

Lemon (with rind) - 1/2 fruit 

Lime (with rind) - 1 fruit 

Parsley - 1 bunch 150

Spinach - 2 cup 60g


Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve.
