Fatigue remedy
Eggnog gives you energy and
peps! It is often consumed during the winter to restore tone. It is a natural remedy
to fight against tiredness.
Eggnog recipe for 1 person
Ingredients
A yellow organic egg
10 cl of milk
4 c . coffee sugar cane
A pinch of cinnamon
Put in a container egg yolk and sugar.
Beat together until the mixture whitens.
Heat the milk in a saucepan.
Pour into your cup and mix.
Add a pinch of cinnamon.
Drink eggnog.
Drink once a day during fatigue periods.
Eggnog is not recommended for people with
too much cholesterol.
Ask your doctor if fatigue persists.
